The vision for the future of luxury sustainable tourism

The integrally designed, 326-acre Tres Ríos Master Plan* includes 150 acres of nature preserve and the future development of more than 1,700 rooms in five luxury hotels and residential areas. The long-term vision of Tres Ríos includes a marina and yacht club, a convention center, an equestrian center, and a fully developed nature park.

Tres Ríos was born as an ecological park and has inherited a deeply rooted set of environmental values that guide its development and operation. The resort is dedicated to sustainable tourism in order to ensure that guests will be able to enjoy its incredible diversity both now and in the future.
