Hoping to bring smiles to the faces of local children, Hacienda Tres Ríos Riviera Maya, through its sales room, spent time in the Mayan community and donated food and toys to 250 children.
Employees of the resort and their families visited the village of San Juan de Dios, located near the archaeological site of Cobá, to deliver toys which were purchased by employees of Hacienda Tres Ríos and the Royal Sunset to the children of the community.
“It was very emotional to see the children’s smiles when they received their gifts and they were so appreciative”
Said Dallas Ross Stratichuk, Hacienda Tres Ríos Sales Room Director and Chad Johnson, Hacienda Tres Ríos Sales Director, who announced that the tourism group would look for another Mayan community to bring joy and surprises to during the next holiday season.
